Dubai, United Arab Emirates, July 31st, 2026, FinanceWire

Montelra has announced the launch of its trading platform in Pakistan, marking the beginning of a dedicated development programme for eligible users in the country.

The launch introduces a digital environment that brings together account-management functions, portfolio information, market-related resources, and supported platform services. The platform can be accessed through compatible desktop and mobile devices, subject to client eligibility and applicable jurisdictional requirements.

Montelra has approached the Pakistan launch as a market-specific rollout rather than an extension of a general international campaign. The platform experience, information structure, and educational resources are being developed with consideration for how Pakistani users access digital services and follow international financial developments.

Mobile accessibility is a central part of the rollout. Smartphones have become an important channel for accessing banking, payments, business information, and other digital services in Pakistan. Montelra’s platform has therefore been designed to allow account information and supported market resources to be reviewed across compatible devices.

The platform organises account activity, portfolio information, and market-related content within one environment. This structure is intended to reduce the need for users to rely on several separate applications when reviewing their financial activity.

Portfolio information is presented alongside account-management functions to provide a more connected view of activity across supported services. Access to analytical information or account tools does not predict future market performance or remove the financial risks associated with trading.

As part of the Pakistan launch, Montelra is also developing educational resources covering subjects such as market volatility, economic announcements, portfolio exposure, leverage, and risk management. These materials will be provided for general informational purposes and will not constitute personal financial advice or a recommendation to enter into a transaction.

The rollout will take place in phases. Account availability, supported services, platform functions, and customer-assistance capabilities may vary according to operational readiness, client eligibility, and applicable legal conditions.

Montelra is also reviewing the gradual introduction of additional Pakistan-focused information in English and Urdu. The availability of specific language services will be confirmed through the company’s official channels when implemented.

Alongside the platform launch, Montelra plans to organise its website information more clearly around account eligibility, available services, charges, withdrawal procedures, account access, risk disclosures, and complaint channels.

The purpose of these updates is to make key platform information easier to locate and review before an individual registers for or uses a service.

The Pakistan launch represents the first stage of Montelra’s planned development in the country. Future updates will be based on operational requirements, platform activity, user needs, and applicable regulatory considerations.

All platform services remain subject to product availability, client eligibility, jurisdictional restrictions, and the terms governing the relevant account.

The platform is being developed around digital accessibility, clearer account information, and a more organised approach to portfolio monitoring. Product and service availability may differ according to jurisdiction and client eligibility.

New service lets businesses update equipment records, compliance documents and service history without ever replacing the physical tag

Australia, 31st Jul 2026 — A Northern Territory technology company has launched a service designed to fix one of the most common frustrations in industrial and commercial asset management: the disposable QR code.

QR Asset Link, based in Winnellie, NT, today announced the national rollout of its managed QR code and short-link platform, giving businesses across Australia a way to engrave a single QR code onto equipment, tools, compliance plates or asset tags — and then update everything behind that code for the life of the asset, without ever touching the physical tag again.

The problem QR Asset Link addresses is a simple one. Most QR codes printed or engraved on equipment today are static: they point to one fixed web address, permanently. If a business changes its website, updates a compliance document, or needs to log a new service record, the only option is to print and re-attach an entirely new tag. For companies managing hundreds or thousands of tagged assets across mine sites, workshops, fleets or commercial kitchens, that becomes an expensive and logistically painful cycle.

QR Asset Link’s managed system separates the physical tag from the information behind it. Each engraved QR code links to a hosted, editable asset page that the business can update anytime through an online dashboard — swapping documents, updating service history, changing photos, or redirecting the link entirely — while the engraved code on the asset itself never has to change.

“The tag on the equipment should be the permanent part, not the information behind it,” said Wayne Morris, Owner of QR Asset Link. “We kept seeing businesses re-engraving or reprinting tags just because a document changed or a URL moved. That’s a solvable problem, and it’s why we built a managed link layer instead of another static QR generator.”

The service is structured across three tiers to suit different needs: a Basic plan for a simple managed short link, a Standard plan that adds a full hosted asset page with photos, documents and scan analytics, and a Compliance plan built for regulated industries, which adds compliance document hosting, a service history timeline and priority support with a service-level agreement. All plans include a one-time setup fee with an annual renewal, and businesses can export their asset data at any time.

QR Asset Link is targeting a broad cross-section of Australian industry, including mining and resources, commercial kitchens and food service, electrical and trade contractors, facilities management, fleet and equipment hire, and any business required to maintain compliance plates or asset registers. The company reports early interest from operators managing equipment fleets across Western Australia and the Northern Territory, alongside compliance-driven sectors where auditable service records are essential.

Security has been built into the platform from the outset, with HTTPS encryption across all pages, access controls on content management, and secure hosting with ongoing monitoring.

QR Asset Link is based in Winnellie, NT, and services businesses Australia-wide, with tags engineered for harsh outdoor and industrial environments.

Businesses can request a quote or view pricing at www.qrassetlink.com.au.

About QR Asset Link

QR Asset Link designs and manages permanent QR-code landing pages and short links for engraved asset tags, equipment labels and compliance plates. Based in Winnellie, Northern Territory, the company services equipment owners, asset managers and commercial operators across Australia with updateable QR destinations, scan analytics and compliance document hosting — so a single engraved tag can serve an asset for its entire working life.

August 2026 Monthly Economic Intelligence Report shows CPI contraction, persistent mortgage pressure, elevated private lending costs, and a widening gap between economic cooling and real-world capital access

United States, 31st Jul 2026 – FarSight IQ, an AI-powered market intelligence platform for real estate investors and business professionals, today released its August 2026 Monthly Economic Intelligence Report, identifying a critical shift in the U.S. economic landscape: headline inflation is cooling, but the cost of capital remains elevated across residential, private lending, and business credit markets.

The report finds that the Consumer Price Index declined -0.42% month-over-month, bringing year-over-year inflation to 3.46%. While this suggests price volatility may be easing, FarSight IQ’s analysis shows that borrowing conditions remain restrictive, with the 30-year mortgage rate at 6.63%, portfolio lending rates at 7.005%, DSCR loans at 7.255%, and fix-and-flip financing at 10.505%.

The full report is available here: FarSight IQ August 2026 Monthly Economic Intelligence Report

“Cooling inflation does not automatically mean cheaper capital,” said Andre Stewart, founder of FarSight IQ and InvestFar Capital. “That disconnect is where many investors and business owners are likely to make mistakes. The market is shifting, but the cost of borrowing remains high enough that every decision has to be evaluated with more discipline.”

According to the report, the late-Q3 environment is defined by a bifurcation between consumer-level economic signals and private lending reality. While lower CPI may improve sentiment, real estate investors, developers, and business owners still face higher debt-service costs, suppressed transaction activity, and tighter underwriting expectations.

Key signals identified in the August report include:

  • Headline inflation cooled sharply, with CPI contracting -0.42% month-over-month.
  • Year-over-year inflation reached 3.46%, suggesting price volatility may be moving past its peak.
  • 30-year mortgage rates remained elevated at 6.63%, continuing to suppress transaction volume.
  • Portfolio lending rates averaged 7.005%, reflecting relative stability in institutional credit.
  • DSCR lending remained at 7.255%, supporting rental-focused investment strategies.
  • Fix-and-flip financing reached 10.505%, creating pressure on smaller developers and value-add investors.
  • SBA lending rates stood at 6.25%, while business term loans averaged 7.75%.
  • Equipment finance rates averaged 6.9%, creating a potential window for operational upgrades and efficiency-led investment.

The report warns that many real estate investors may misread cooling inflation as an immediate green light for aggressive expansion. FarSight IQ’s analysis suggests the opposite: while inflation may be easing, capital remains expensive enough to punish weak assumptions, poor deal structuring, and overleveraged strategies.

The residential real estate sector remains under pressure from what FarSight IQ describes as a continued “lock-in effect,” where homeowners with lower existing mortgage rates are reluctant to sell, keeping transaction volume constrained. At the same time, elevated bridge and fix-and-flip financing costs are likely to consolidate activity among well-capitalized operators who can absorb higher debt costs.

For rental investors, the report points to DSCR lending as one of the more stable areas of the private real estate capital market. With mortgage rates still near 6.6%, many households remain renters by necessity, supporting rental demand and cash-flow-based lending strategies.

In the business credit market, FarSight IQ identifies a different pattern. SBA rates at 6.25% and equipment finance rates at 6.9% suggest that some business owners may find better opportunities in productivity, automation, and operational efficiency than in aggressive real estate leverage or speculative expansion.

“The next phase of the market is not about chasing growth at all costs,” Stewart said. “It is about understanding debt-service pressure, preserving liquidity, and making better decisions before capital is deployed.”

The report also highlights a potential strategic opportunity for institutional investors and asset managers. With fix-and-flip rates above 10%, some smaller developers may face difficulty servicing bridge debt, potentially creating distressed acquisition opportunities over the next six months. FarSight IQ suggests that institutional buyers may begin watching for assets from operators unable to sustain high-cost short-term financing.

FarSight IQ’s August report concludes that Q4 2026 strategy should focus on liquidity preservation, conservative underwriting, debt-service efficiency, and careful evaluation of distressed opportunities. While a future central bank pivot may become more likely if inflation continues cooling, the report cautions against assuming that rate relief will arrive quickly enough to rescue weak deals.

The report’s broader message is clear: investors and business owners are entering a period where better decisions matter more than more information.

“Markets are not just moving; they are separating,” Stewart said. “Inflation data, mortgage rates, private lending costs, and business credit are no longer telling the same story at the same time. That creates opportunity for disciplined operators and risk for anyone still making decisions based on outdated assumptions.”

About the Report

The FarSight IQ August 2026 Monthly Economic Intelligence Report analyzes inflation trends, mortgage rates, private lending benchmarks, DSCR financing, fix-and-flip rates, SBA rates, business term loans, equipment finance rates, and strategic implications for investors, executives, and capital decision-makers.

The report synthesizes Federal Reserve Economic Data for consumer price indexing with real-time market data from private and commercial lending benchmarks. FarSight IQ’s proprietary model weighs these inputs to evaluate the velocity of economic shifts and their implications for real estate, business credit, and capital strategy.

Kyung Hee University Professor Kim Kyungeun has published a comprehensive e-commerce guide for sellers targeting Naver Smart Store and Coupang simultaneously. The publication provides actionable strategies, from search optimization to data-driven marketing, empowering small businesses to thrive amid fierce competition.

Gangnamgu, Seoul, South Korea, 31st Jul 2026 – Renowned e-commerce educator and Kyung Hee University professor Kim Kyungeun, widely known as the YouTube creator Danassam, has officially released a new book detailing practical operational strategies for simultaneously targeting major online retail platforms Naver Smart Store and Coupang.

Designed as a comprehensive guide for both prospective entrepreneurs and existing sellers facing stagnant sales, the publication covers the entire spectrum of online commerce from product sourcing and registration to marketing and customer management. As the domestic e-commerce sector faces aggressive expansion from ultra-low-cost Chinese platforms and fierce market share battles among retail giants, the book emphasizes the critical necessity of independent survival strategies for small to medium-sized sellers.

Moving away from reliance on a single platform, the newly published guide advocates for a resilient multi-channel approach. It analyzes the distinct search algorithms and consumer behaviors of Naver and Coupang to help sellers mitigate risks associated with policy changes while maximizing the unique strengths of each channel. Detailed methodologies include search engine optimization techniques, strategies for leveraging Coupang’s Item Winner system, effective product detail page planning to increase conversion rates, and budget-friendly performance marketing tactics.

Professor Kim, who also instructs courses on the practical utilization of generative AI at Kyung Hee University, integrates advanced technological insights into her e-commerce strategies. Drawing from extensive field data accumulated through professional education and corporate consulting, she focuses on providing practical guidelines to prevent the common trial-and-error patterns experienced by early-stage entrepreneurs.

“The current online sales market is a fierce battlefield where simply sourcing good products and registering them on a platform is no longer a guarantee of success,” said Professor Kim Kyungeun. “Thoroughly understanding the unique systemic characteristics of each distribution platform and establishing precise operational strategies based on objective data is the only solution to achieve sustainable growth in a rapidly changing market.”

BUKCS PAY has launched KookminWallet, a non-custodial omni-chain mobile wallet supporting more than 2,500 digital assets across EVM and non-EVM blockchain networks.

Gangnamgu, Seoul, United States, 31st Jul 2026 – BUKCS PAY, a Delaware-incorporated U.S. fintech and Web3 technology company, has announced the global launch of KookminWallet, a mobile wallet designed to simplify digital asset management across multiple blockchain ecosystems.

Unlike many wallets focused primarily on EVM-compatible networks, KookminWallet supports both EVM and non-EVM assets, including Bitcoin, Litecoin, TRON, TON, Solana, Ethereum, and other compatible networks.

The wallet currently supports more than 2,500 digital assets within a unified mobile environment, reducing the need for users to manage multiple wallet applications for different blockchain ecosystems.

KookminWallet also supports cross-chain interoperability based on the Chainlink Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol, or CCIP.

BUKCS PAY has completed implementation and application testing of its CCIP-based architecture in connection with the MolePin ecosystem. CCIP functionality applies to compatible networks and supported digital assets and does not mean that all assets available in KookminWallet automatically use CCIP.

The company plans to expand the wallet’s interoperability capabilities through future upgrades, including planned support for LayerZero and Wormhole.

KookminWallet operates under a non-custodial model, allowing users to retain control over their digital assets. The application includes biometric authentication, application locking, encrypted wallet-data management, and additional mobile security options.

BUKCS PAY has also developed an AWS KMS-integrated encryption and key-management architecture designed to strengthen the protection of wallet-related data while preserving the wallet’s non-custodial structure.

The company plans to integrate KookminWallet with DEXignation, its Web3 naming service, and expand connectivity through browser extensions and decentralized applications.

“KookminWallet combines broad EVM and non-EVM asset support with CCIP-based interoperability for compatible cross-chain services,” a BUKCS PAY spokesperson said. “We will continue to expand its cross-chain, identity, and Web3 connectivity features.”

About BUKCS PAY

BUKCS PAY is a Delaware-incorporated U.S. fintech and Web3 technology company developing digital payment infrastructure, non-custodial wallets, blockchain interoperability, digital identity, KYC and KYB systems, and electronic contracting technologies.

Its principal platforms include KookminWallet, DEXignation, and the DigMol digital rewards platform.

RAD-GEN.001 is a hundred oil paintings after Camille Pissarro. The composition is generated. The painting is not. The edition rides on one question: now that a machine can fake the feeling of a sunset, what is the hand still for?

NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK, July 31, 2026, ZEX PR WIRE —  The Church of Conceptual Art has released RAD-GEN.001, a hundred small oil paintings that pit the newest way of making an image against one of the oldest.

Each painting begins as a study generated by a model trained on the late landscapes of Camille Pissarro, the Impressionist. It is then painted in oil, on a twelve-inch canvas, by Kim Van Do, who has painted landscapes from life for fifty years.

The split is the whole point. The machine does the seeing. The man does the painting. The edition asks which part of a picture a machine can actually reach.

Pissarro never painted the sunset in front of him. He painted what it did to his eye on the way in. Impressionism was always a copy of a sensation, not a copy of the world. RAD-GEN.001 adds only the step the present makes cheap: a model produces the study, and a living painter drags it back into oil.

“A machine can now fake the look of a feeling,” said Paul-Alexander Pissarro, co-founder of the Church of Conceptual Art and great-great-grandson of Camille Pissarro. “What it can’t do is hold a brush for fifty years. This is a hundred tries at finding the line between the two.”

Van Do studied under Neil Welliver and Rackstraw Downes. He is also the father of Jesse Do, who co-founded the Church of Conceptual Art with Pissarro. The edition runs on two family lines at once: one reaching back five generations to Pissarro, one running across a workshop from father to son. The hand on every canvas was trained the old way, over decades, and this edition puts it at the center instead of hiding it.

Every painting carries a contract that travels with the object: at every future resale, half the price returns to the artists. It is the reason the Church of Conceptual Art calls itself an institution and not a brand. The people who make the work keep a stake in it after it leaves the room.

RAD-GEN.001 is an edition of 100. Each work is oil on canvas, twelve inches square, painted by hand, priced at $7,000. Previews and reservations: http://rad-gen001.unsubscribe.llc

About the Church of Conceptual Art:

An institution whose doctrine is conceptual art and whose works are sold under a permanent contract governing every future sale. Co-founded by Paul-Alexander Pissarro and Jesse Do.

Solitics, a SaaS industry leader in adaptive engagement and smart marketing automation, announces the release of Saai, a suite of intelligent tools designed to dramatically reduce manual work with full integration guaranteed within 45 days. An agentic AI built specifically for marketing and product teams in this industry, it promises to accelerate campaign execution and unlock deeper insights across the CRM workflow within retail banking.

Tomer Baumel, CEO and Founder of Solitics, comments: “We see this as a game-changer for marketing and product teams. When fully adopted, it will significantly transform how teams operate. They will be able to turn their complex workflows, which include the likes of planning, strategy, content, design, data, automation, development and more, into a fully autonomous 24/7 customer engagement machine.”

Saai combines deep retail banking expertise with a native understanding of the Solitics platform. Trained on years of real-world customer engagement use cases and industry best practices, it works as an embedded AI expert, not a generic assistant or external AI layer, providing guidance that reflects both banking business objectives and the capabilities of the platform. The recommendations and generated customer journeys from Saai are based on the bank’s own data, customer events, business rules and campaign context.

Operating securely within each bank’s own Solitics environment, Saai works within existing governance frameworks, respecting approval workflows, permissions, audit controls and market-specific compliance requirements.

Saai supports teams across every stage of customer engagement, including:

  • Strategy – recommending engagement strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Analysis – identifying customer behaviours, opportunities and optimisation recommendations.
  • Campaign & Journey Design – generating complete customer journeys, promotions and mission flows from natural-language requests.
  • Customer Lifecycle Management – supporting onboarding, activation, engagement, retention and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Performance Optimisation – recommending improvements based on campaign performance and customer behaviour.
  • Platform Support – providing contextual guidance on Solitics features and implementation.

Turning business goals into production-ready customer journeys

Instead of starting with a blank page, marketing and product teams simply describe a business objective in natural language – such as improving digital onboarding, increasing product adoption or reducing customer inactivity. Saai then generates a fully configured customer journey, recommending the optimal audience, triggers, channels, messaging and journey logic, producing a campaign that’s ready for review and deployment in minutes rather than days.

For retail banks, this means accelerating use cases such as KYC onboarding, account activation, card usage campaigns, savings product adoption and customer retention, while ensuring every interaction follows the bank’s operational and compliance framework.

Once deployed, the Solitics platform executes these journeys in real time, allowing customers to receive highly relevant communications based on their behaviour and interests. Examples include alerts when a customer follows Tesla ahead of earnings, when gold reaches a predefined price threshold, or when Bitcoin experiences unusual volatility. Rather than creating separate campaigns for every asset or event, marketers build a single intelligent journey that dynamically personalises each interaction for every individual customer. This real-time, one-to-many personalisation is a core capability of Solitics’ dynamic journey engine, as demonstrated in the image below:

The result is an AI expert that helps teams move from business objective to production-ready campaign in minutes, combined with a real-time engagement platform that executes those journeys at scale – delivering governed, auditable and highly personalised customer experiences.

Explora Books has released a cinematic book trailer for My Side of the Bed: A Memoir of Deceit, Denial and Discovery by Margherita Gale Harris. Now available on YouTube, the trailer introduces viewers to Harris’s memoir about a marriage transformed by revelations that emerged after decades of secrecy.

Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, 31st Jul 2026 – Harris’s memoir spans more than half a century, beginning before the 1941 bombing of Pearl Harbor and continuing into the twenty-first century. At its center is her marriage to Mark, which began in 1965 and lasted thirty-five years. From the outside, the life they built together reflected many of the hallmarks of stability: a home, children, careers, and a twenty-fifth wedding anniversary at which they renewed their vows before family and friends, including many who had attended their original ceremony. Throughout those years, Harris also recounts her own struggles with anxiety, dependence, and the growing uncertainty she experienced within the marriage.

The memoir describes how Harris learned her husband had concealed a sex addiction and a hidden sexual orientation throughout their marriage. Rather than unfolding in a single moment, these revelations emerged through years of withheld information, counseling, and disclosures. As the marriage ended, Harris described reassessing not only her understanding of her husband but also the life she believed they had built together.

Beyond its account of betrayal, My Side of the Bed documents Harris’s experience of rebuilding her sense of self, practicing forgiveness, and finding a path forward after the dissolution of her marriage. Harris places her personal story within the social and cultural context of her generation, a period in which secrets surrounding sexuality and identity often carried profound personal and family consequences. That historical perspective provides an additional context for the experiences described throughout the memoir.

Published by Wheatmark, My Side of the Bed is a narrative that explores themes of betrayal, identity, forgiveness, and personal resilience. It offers readers an account of rebuilding life after a long marriage while reflecting on the challenges of confronting long-hidden truths.

My Side of the Bed: A Memoir of Deceit, Denial and Discovery is available through Amazon and other major online bookstores. Its official book trailer is now streaming on YouTube.

Explora Books has released a book expert video review for David Tuttle’s memoir, Soul Licensed: Tips and Tales. Now available on YouTube, the review guides audiences through the book’s central themes while highlighting the title’s growing international reach.

Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, 31st Jul 2026 – The review presents Soul Licensed as an exploration of spirituality grounded in lived experience rather than fixed doctrine. It highlights Tuttle’s reflections on spiritual energy, signs from loved ones, and practices such as Reiki and psychic readings, while emphasizing themes of recognizing patterns in everyday life, finding meaning in ordinary moments, and approaching challenges from a different perspective. According to the review, the memoir’s emphasis on curiosity and reflection makes it approachable for both readers new to spirituality and those further along in their own journeys.

Soul Licensed is a first-person account of Tuttle’s spiritual journey spanning several decades. The memoir traces his introduction to Reiki healing, a practice he pursued alongside his wife, Jane, as they became certified Reiki master teachers. It also reflects on experiences with psychics and explores practices including Transcendental Meditation, astrology, and the Emotional Freedom Technique—not as evidence of a particular belief system, but as part of an ongoing process of personal discovery.

A recurring thread throughout the memoir is Tuttle’s attention to license plates bearing initials, birth years, and significant dates that he associates with people in his life, most of whom are deceased. He describes these moments as meaningful experiences that shaped his understanding of spirituality and connection. Reflecting on these encounters, Tuttle writes, “You just have to be open to it, and the spirits will oblige.”

The review further highlights the memoir’s practical dimension, noting how Tuttle encourages readers to engage more reflectively with everyday experiences and remain open to finding personal meaning in ordinary moments.

Reflecting the book’s growing international visibility, Tuttle is currently signing copies of his work at the Explora Books booth, 5A.B14, during the 2026 Beijing International Book Fair at the China National Convention Center (CNCC) in Beijing.

David Tuttle brings a diverse background to his writing, including service as a U.S. Army combat medic in Vietnam, careers in journalism, Ohio state government, and finance, extensive international travel, and his eventual move from Ohio to Boise, Idaho. Together, these experiences inform the reflective and exploratory perspective that shapes Soul Licensed.

The book expert video review of Soul Licensed: Tips and Tales is now streaming on YouTube. The book is available through Amazon and other major digital bookstores and is also offered in German and Chinese editions.
