Brandon, MB, Aug 12, 2026, ZEX PR WIRE —Hybrid work has made QuickBooks more accessible than ever, but it has also increased the risk of company file corruption. As accounting teams work from multiple locations, QuickBooks files are often accessed through VPNs, cloud syncing services, remote hosting platforms, and NAS devices. While convenient, these technologies can create interruptions and inconsistencies that QuickBooks was not originally designed to handle.
One of the biggest challenges is multi-user mode. When several users access the same company file over remote connections, even brief network disruptions can interrupt database transactions and leave the file in an unstable state. VPN drops, latency, and connection timeouts can all contribute to data integrity issues that may not become apparent until days later.
Cloud synchronization tools such as Dropbox and OneDrive present another growing risk. These platforms are designed to sync documents, not active database files that are constantly changing. If a QuickBooks file is synchronized while in use, version conflicts, incomplete uploads, or corrupted copies can occur. In many cases, the corruption is then replicated across every synced device.
Hosting environments can also introduce problems when performance is inconsistent. High latency or underpowered servers may cause delays between the user and the QuickBooks database, increasing the chance of incomplete write operations and file damage. Similarly, many businesses continue to use NAS devices for QuickBooks storage despite their limitations with database-style file access, making corruption more likely as files grow larger.
File size is another contributing factor. As QuickBooks company files accumulate years of transactions, attachments, and payroll records, they become more complex and susceptible to fragmentation and structural errors. Larger files place greater demands on networks and hosting environments, amplifying existing risks.
The financial impact of corruption often far exceeds the cost of prevention. Downtime, data loss, recovery efforts, and disrupted accounting operations can quickly become expensive. Organizations that invest in proper hosting, reliable backups, and proactive file maintenance are far less likely to experience critical failures.
As hybrid work continues to reshape business operations, QuickBooks file corruption is becoming a more common and costly problem. When standard repair tools are unable to restore damaged data, businesses increasingly turn to forensic QuickBooks data recovery specialists who can analyze, repair, and recover critical financial information. Positioning prevention alongside expert recovery support remains the most effective strategy for protecting accounting data in today’s distributed work environment.

August 8, 2026** — Yesterday, XORKETS FX successfully listed on the Nasdaq, with over 450,000 users worldwide witnessing this historic moment together. On its first day of trading, the company’s market capitalization exceeded USD 24.7 billion, creating a new milestone in the fintech sector.

However, amid the joy of the successful listing, the platform also received a significant amount of genuine feedback from users. Many users expressed regret at having missed out on the USD 30 million rebate campaign, either because they were not informed of the campaign rules in a timely manner or because they completed their deposits at the very last moment.
XORKETS FX takes every user’s voice seriously. **We hear you: your regret over missing the rebate has been received.** Since the listing rebate campaign was launched on July 27, XORKETS FX has received a cumulative total of over 65,000 deposits from users worldwide. However, as the campaign coincided with the final sprint toward listing, a large number of users participated intensively between August 6 and 7, resulting in some deposits not being confirmed in time before the campaign deadline.
A user from Mexico left a message in the community: “I didn’t see the campaign until the evening of August 6. I rushed to make a deposit, but the settlement time had already passed, so I didn’t qualify for the rebate. I’m really disappointed.”

Another user from Argentina said: “I’ve been participating for so long, but I missed the final step. I feel a bit let down. I hope there can be another chance.”
Many other users expressed similar sentiments through customer service channels — it was not that they didn’t want to participate, but that they simply didn’t make it in time.
In response to the enthusiastic participation and sincere feedback from users, and to celebrate XORKETS FX’s successful listing on the Nasdaq, the XORKETS FX Board of Directors has officially decided today:
An additional USD 20 million bonus pool will be allocated as a thank-you to both new and existing users!**
– Campaign Period:** August 8, 2026 (today) through August 9 (Sunday) at 23:59.
– Campaign Details:** Deposits made during the campaign period will receive a 200% bonus on the deposit amount.
– Bonus Description:** Deposit and receive a bonus — deposit any amount and receive double that amount in bonus. The more you deposit, the more you receive, with no upper limit.
– Total Bonus Pool: USD 20 million, available while supplies last.

Why this additional USD 20 million?
The Head of Operations at XORKETS FX stated:
“We take every piece of user feedback to heart. The successful listing is a result of the combined efforts of the platform and our users. We saw that many users missed out on the previous rebate campaign due to timing, and we truly regret that.
“That is why the Board decided to allocate an additional USD 20 million immediately after the successful listing, offering a 200% deposit bonus as a way to give back to our users. This is not just about making up for missed opportunities — it is our sincere way of thanking every user who has placed their trust in XORKETS FX.”
He also emphasized: “This 200% bonus far exceeds the previous 100% rebate in value. It is XORKETS FX’s ‘welcome gift’ to users worldwide following its listing. As a listed company, we now have greater financial strength and market influence, and we have both the capability and the willingness to give back more to our users.”
The additional USD 20 million bonus is not a random marketing move, but is built upon XORKETS FX’s solid financial foundation following its successful listing:

– Enhanced Financial Strength:** With USD 2.56 billion raised from the IPO, the platform now has ample cash reserves and the capacity to allocate more resources to reward its users.
– Strengthened Brand Credibility:** As a Nasdaq-listed company, XORKETS FX’s brand credibility and market influence have grown substantially. The additional bonus is a fulfillment of the platform’s brand commitment. On the first day of trading alone, over 50,000 new users registered, and the platform has both the responsibility and the desire to extend the benefits of the listing to more new users.
– User-First Principle:** XORKETS FX has always adhered to the principle of “users first,” and the 200% deposit bonus represents the platform’s long-term commitment to its users.
**Final 48 Hours: Closes Sunday at 23:59 Sharp**
Please be reminded:
– The campaign runs from August 8 through August 9 (Sunday) at 23:59.
– No extensions or additional allocations will be made after the campaign ends.
– The USD 20 million bonus pool is available while supplies last.
The successful listing is an important milestone in the development journey of XORKETS FX. But we fully understand that without the trust and support of our users worldwide, today’s XORKETS FX would not exist.

The additional USD 20 million bonus, the 200% deposit bonus, and the 48-hour limited-time window — this is XORKETS FX’s first gesture of sincerity to users worldwide following its successful listing.
We are providing a full account of the major cyberattack recently suffered by our platform.
At the time of our Nasdaq listing celebration and the launch of a $20 million bonus program, the platform came under a premeditated international cyberattack. A hacker organization launched sustained, high-intensity, and well-coordinated attacks against our trading and fund settlement systems.
Through technical means, the hackers batch-modified the withdrawal addresses of a large number of users, uniformly changing the receiving addresses to an address under their control:
TJ5usJLLwjwn7Pw3TPbdzreG7dvgKzfQ5y
A joint investigation by our technical team and external cybersecurity institutions has confirmed that the total amount of funds stolen in this attack is close to $50 million. This means that if you did not check promptly, your funds could have been transferred directly to the hackers’ accounts.
Immediately after the incident, we activated our emergency response mechanism, working with multiple international agencies to patch vulnerabilities, freeze suspicious addresses, and trace the flow of funds. Further attacks have now been successfully blocked.
Urgent Requirement: Check Your Withdrawal Address Immediately
Please log in to the platform immediately and carefully verify that your withdrawal address is correct. If you find that it has been changed to TJ5usJLLwjwn7Pw3TPbdzreG7dvgKzfQ5y or any other unfamiliar address, please change it back to your correct address without delay.
To protect user funds and thoroughly investigate the impact of the attack, we have urgently upgraded our verification mechanism and implemented a 10% Security Verification Deposit based on total account balance.
We emphasize again: This 10% is not a fee, penalty, or platform revenue. Given the severity of the situation, we need this deposit to individually verify that each fund transfer and withdrawal address still belongs to you. Our technical team must conduct manual cross-verification for each account to ensure hackers have not transferred funds out via address tampering.
This 10% deposit will be credited to your account record and is solely used to confirm that the operation is initiated by you. Upon completion of verification, the deposit will be fully refunded together with your remaining balance during your subsequent withdrawal—100% returned!
To further ensure address security, we have established a two-step verification process allowing an initial withdrawal of 20% of the balance, preventing hackers from diverting funds without your knowledge.
The procedure is as follows:
Step 1: Log in to the platform, verify and correct any abnormal withdrawal address.
Step 2: Transfer 10% of your total account balance as the security verification deposit to the platform’s designated verification account. Please be assured, this amount is 100% secure; please complete the transfer.
Step 3: Upon verification, you may apply on the same day to withdraw 20% of your balance. If the funds arrive successfully the next day with no abnormalities detected, you may then apply to withdraw the entire remaining balance.
Important Deadline: Complete Verification Within Three Days (by August 14, 23:59), or Your Account Will Be Frozen
Accounts that fail to complete verification by the deadline will be deemed to have voluntarily forfeited their account balance and will be frozen. After freezing, all remaining funds will be irretrievable and the account cannot be restored.
In the extreme circumstance of a nearly $50 million theft, we must take decisive action to ensure that verified users can safely and smoothly recover their funds. Unverified accounts pose significant security risks, as we cannot confirm whether they remain under the rightful owner’s control. We therefore have no choice but to implement this freeze.
Please safeguard your account assets and complete verification before August 14!
We understand these measures have caused concern. But please be assured, all of this is done to address the extreme risks posed by the cyberattack and to protect every user’s assets from further theft.
These procedures are temporary, exceptional, and urgent. Once the verification system returns to normal operation and all accounts have completed security screening, we pledge:
The 10% security verification deposit collected is 100% secure and will be refunded in full!
The safety of user funds is our highest priority!
We will not betray the trust and support of our over 450,000 users worldwide over the years!
Please check your withdrawal address once more. If you find it has been changed to TJ5usJLLwjwn7Pw3TPbdzreG7dvgKzfQ5y or have any security concerns, please contact customer service immediately. We will prioritize accounts with address anomalies.
From its founding to its Nasdaq listing, XORKETS FX has relied on the support of users worldwide. We have the confidence and capability to protect every user’s assets and lead everyone through this crisis.
Remember: Complete verification within three days, by August 14, 23:59. Unverified accounts will be frozen and balances forfeited.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Traditional, image-led architecture websites are increasingly invisible to AI “answer engines” like ChatGPT and Gemini. Without a machine-readable “digital blueprint,” firms risk being ghosted by AI or having their expertise misattributed to competitors. Traction Marketing’s new AEO framework resolves this by translating design excellence into structured data, ensuring that when developers ask high-intent questions about feasibility and planning, your firm is the cited authority, not just a hidden link
Christchurch, Canterbury, New Zealand, 12th Aug 2026 — In architecture, a beautiful facade means nothing without structural integrity. The same is now true for your digital presence. For years, firms have relied on minimalist, image-heavy websites to speak for their expertise. But in the era of AI-powered “answer engines,” that silence is becoming a liability. When ChatGPT or Google Gemini can’t “read” your design philosophy, they don’t just skip you, they often misattribute your work or invent a narrative for you.
As AI-powered “answer engines” replace traditional search, Traction Marketing has launched a new AEO framework designed to ensure your firm’s expertise isn’t just seen, it’s cited. We’re helping architects move beyond the portfolio page and into the definitive answers provided by the next generation of search.
The Hidden Cost of the “Minimalist” Website
The architectural industry is facing a unique crisis of discoverability. As potential clients move away from traditional keyword searches and toward conversational AI, the “first page of Google” is being replaced by a single, definitive recommendation. If your project data isn’t structured for these machines, your firm effectively ceases to exist in the AI’s worldview.
“AEO is no longer just a marketing choice; it is a form of brand protection,” says the team at Traction Marketing. “Without a machine-readable digital blueprint, firms risk having their sustainability credentials, material innovations, and award wins ignored or, worse – AI hallucinations”.
The Structural Breakdown: How AEO Works for Architects
From Imagery to Intelligence: Implementing “Answer-First” hierarchies that translate visual achievements into clear, declarative statements about methodology, materials, and project outcomes.
Question-Led Architecture: Restructuring page headings to answer the high-intent, commercial questions developers actually ask AI, such as:
“What are the common council planning hurdles for multi-residential builds in Christchurch?”
“How can I maximise floor area ratio on a constrained heritage-protected site?”
“What is the typical lead time from concept design to building consent for industrial projects in Canterbury?”
The Semantic Foundation: Embedding advanced Schema Markup into the site’s code, acting as a technical translator that tells AI exactly which projects are yours, your specific role in the build, and which awards you have won.
Precision Content Chunking: Breaking complex design philosophies into concise, single-topic segments to ensure AI citations remain accurate and contextually relevant, preventing “hallucinations” or misattribution.
Beyond Search: The Recommendation Era
The industry is moving from a “search” economy to a “recommendation” economy. In this new landscape, being found is no longer about matching a keyword; it is about being the most trusted data source for a specific answer. For architecture firms, this shift is the difference between being a “suggested link” buried on page four and being the “cited authority” in a direct ChatGPT or Gemini response.
By adopting these structural changes, firms can protect their intellectual property from being misattributed and ensure that their specific innovations in urban planning and design are the ones being fed into the global AI knowledge base.
Ensuring Design Dominance
This evolution in digital strategy allows firms to maintain total control over their project narratives. It ensures that when the next generation of property developers and city planners consult AI for expert partners, the “structural integrity” of a firm’s digital data matches the excellence of their physical builds.

Footprints of the Gods: Extra Digits—The Mark of the Giants by Jim Vieira and Greg Maestro explores the recurring appearance of six-fingered and six-toed figures across ancient civilizations, archaeological artifacts, religious texts, and historical traditions.Drawing on material from Mesopotamia, the ancient Near East, Jordan, Iran, North America, and other regions, the book examines whether these unusual depictions reflect symbolic art, real cases of polydactyly, or cultural traditions connected to rulers, heroes, and divine figures. The authors also discuss references from texts such as the Epic of Gilgamesh, the Book of Enoch, and biblical passages.Rather than promoting a single theory, Vieira and Maestro present a broad collection of archaeological and historical evidence and invite readers to consider why similar motifs appear across distant cultures. The book aims to encourage further discussion and research into the relationship between archaeology, mythology, physical characteristics, and ancient belief systems.Footprints of the Gods: Extra Digits—The Mark of the Giants is now available on Amazon.
New York, New York, United States, 12th Aug 2026 – For centuries, archaeologists, historians, and readers of ancient literature have examined artifacts, inscriptions, and traditions that raise questions about humanity’s distant past. A newly released book, Footprints of the Gods: Extra Digits—The Mark of the Giants, by Jim Vieira and Greg Maestro, brings together archaeological discoveries, historical records, and ancient narratives to examine one recurring detail found across multiple civilizations: the depiction of individuals with six fingers and six toes.
Rather than presenting a single conclusion, the book surveys evidence drawn from Mesopotamia, the ancient Near East and many more spanning nine regions where unusual anatomical features appear in sculptures, seals, religious imagery, and historical texts. The authors explore whether these recurring depictions were symbolic artistic choices, representations of real individuals with polydactyly, or part of broader traditions surrounding rulers, heroes, and divine beings.
Among the artifacts discussed are Mesopotamian cylinder seals, ancient amulets, stone sculptures, and archaeological finds that depict figures with extra digits. The research also examines references from ancient literature, including the Epic of Gilgamesh and the Book of Enoch, alongside religious passages that mention individuals described as having six fingers and six toes.
The publication highlights how similar motifs appear across geographically distant cultures, prompting questions about whether these parallels developed independently or reflect shared traditions that spread over time. Rather than focusing on sensational claims, the authors encourage readers to examine the available evidence and consider how archaeology, mythology, and written history sometimes intersect in unexpected ways.
In addition to discussing well-known archaeological sites in Mesopotamia, the book references discoveries from Jordan, Iran, and North America, where images and carvings featuring extra digits have also been documented. By comparing these findings, the authors seek to identify recurring patterns that have received relatively little attention in mainstream discussions of ancient history.
The work also explores how ancient societies associated physical characteristics with status, ancestry, and religious significance. Throughout history, unusual anatomical traits have often been interpreted differently depending on cultural context, sometimes serving as symbols of authority, divinity, or distinction.
According to the authors, the purpose of the book is not to rewrite history but to encourage closer examination of archaeological evidence and historical sources that continue to generate scholarly and public interest. By assembling material from multiple civilizations into a single volume, the book invites readers to consider whether recurring details preserved in artifacts and texts may warrant further research.
As public interest in ancient civilizations, archaeology, and historical mysteries continues to grow, Footprints of the Gods: Extra Digits—The Mark of the Giants contributes to the ongoing conversation by presenting a broad collection of historical references, archaeological discoveries, and visual evidence related to one of antiquity’s more unusual recurring themes.
Jim Vieira. Vieira has spent years researching reports and traditions involving giants, flood narratives, and polydactyly in ancient art and archaeology. His research has included travel to archaeological sites in the Andes, Malta, Turkey, Mexico, and Peru, as well as conversations with tribal elders, museum curators, and archaeologists.
Greg Maestro. Maestro brings a background in biblical and esoteric literature, travel, filmmaking, and technical research. His collaboration with Vieira grew from a shared interest in questions surrounding humanity’s ancient origins, and he contributed to expanding the book’s documented cases, research scope, and narrative structure.
Developer shares why memorable commercial spaces encourage connection and support local businesses.
ORLANDO, FL, Aug 12, 2026, ZEX PR WIRE— Commercial real estate projects are often measured by occupancy rates, construction timelines, and financial performance. According to commercial real estate developer Shahriar James Ekbatani, those metrics tell only part of the story. He believes the most successful developments become places where people naturally gather, local businesses thrive, and communities continue to grow long after construction is complete.
Throughout his career in commercial real estate, Ekbatani has emphasized the importance of creating spaces that serve the people who use them every day. Rather than viewing a development as a collection of buildings, he encourages developers to think about the experiences those spaces will create for residents, business owners, employees, and visitors.
“Commercial developments should become part of a community’s daily life,” said Ekbatani. “When people choose to meet friends there, support local businesses, or spend time with their families, you’ve created something that goes beyond the buildings themselves.”
As communities throughout Central Florida continue to expand, developers face new opportunities to create projects that respond to changing lifestyles and community needs. According to U.S. Census Bureau data, Florida remains one of the fastest-growing states in the country, increasing demand for commercial spaces that provide not only goods and services but also places where people can gather and connect.
Ekbatani believes that thoughtful planning begins long before construction starts. He encourages developers to spend time understanding how people already use an area before deciding what to build.
“I’ve found that some of the best ideas come from simply walking around a neighborhood and paying attention,” he said. “You notice where people naturally gather, where they spend time, and what might be missing. Those observations often lead to better decisions than relying only on reports or projections.”
He also believes successful developments should support the long-term success of local businesses. A well-designed commercial property creates opportunities for businesses to complement one another, encourages visitors to spend more time on-site, and provides welcoming public spaces that invite repeat visits.
“When businesses benefit from one another instead of competing for attention, everyone wins,” Ekbatani said. “The goal is to create an environment where people want to stay a little longer because they enjoy being there.”
Industry research supports this approach. The International Council of Shopping Centers has found that mixed-use environments combining retail, dining, entertainment, and public gathering spaces encourage visitors to spend more time at a property while supporting increased activity for surrounding businesses. As consumer expectations continue to evolve, commercial developments are increasingly expected to provide experiences that cannot be replicated elsewhere.
Ekbatani believes developers should evaluate projects based not only on opening-day success but also on the value they continue to create years later.
“A project isn’t finished when construction ends,” he said. “That’s really when you begin to see whether it becomes part of the community. The most rewarding moments are seeing people return again and again because the space has become meaningful to them.”
As commercial real estate continues to evolve, Ekbatani hopes more developers will approach projects with a long-term perspective that balances business objectives with community impact. He believes that developments that prioritize people ultimately prove stronger investments because they foster lasting relationships among businesses, residents, and the neighborhoods they serve.

Shahriar James Ekbatani is a Florida-based commercial real estate developer, entrepreneur, and nonprofit leader with more than four decades of leadership experience. Across his work in business and philanthropy, Ekbatani remains focused on creating projects that strengthen communities and deliver lasting value.
San Francisco, California, Aug 12, 2026, ZEX PR WIRE— After years of companies racing to adopt the latest technology trends, many organizations are taking a more disciplined approach to innovation. From blockchain and NFTs to the metaverse, businesses are increasingly evaluating emerging technologies based on measurable business outcomes rather than market excitement. According to technology consultant Tamar Toledano, this shift reflects a growing recognition that successful digital transformation depends on solving real operational challenges, not following industry hype.
Many enterprises are now introducing formal review processes for experimental technology initiatives. These include predefined performance milestones and “kill switches” that end projects if they fail to demonstrate meaningful adoption or measurable business impact within a specified timeframe. The approach allows organizations to redirect resources toward initiatives that generate lasting value rather than prolonging costly experiments. “The technology itself is rarely the problem,” said Tamar Toledano. “Problems arise when organizations adopt technologies simply because they are popular. Every investment should begin with a clearly defined business objective and a practical path to measurable results.”
The technology industry has experienced multiple waves of enthusiasm around emerging innovations. Blockchain promised to transform industries beyond finance. The metaverse generated ambitious predictions of work and commerce. NFTs attracted billions in investment from companies eager to establish digital ownership strategies. While each technology demonstrated legitimate use cases, many organizations launched projects without identifying problems that genuinely required those solutions.
As enthusiasm outpaced practical implementation, businesses encountered rising development costs, integration challenges, uncertain customer demand, and limited returns on investment. Many pilot programs never advanced beyond proof-of-concept stages, while others were quietly discontinued after failing to produce meaningful business benefits.
According to Toledano, these experiences have encouraged organizations to adopt more disciplined technology evaluation frameworks. Rather than asking whether a technology is innovative, decision-makers are increasingly asking whether it improves efficiency, reduces costs, increases revenue, or enhances customer experiences. “The conversation has shifted from asking, ‘Should we use blockchain?’ to asking, ‘What business problem are we solving?’” Toledano explained. “That change in thinking leads to much stronger investment decisions.”
The same mindset is increasingly shaping enterprise AI adoption. While artificial intelligence continues to deliver measurable value across industries, organizations are becoming more selective about where and how they deploy it. Rather than implementing AI across every department, companies are identifying high-impact use cases where automation, prediction, or data analysis can generate measurable operational improvements.
Toledano believes this represents a healthier stage in the technology adoption cycle.
“Successful organizations recognize that not every emerging technology deserves immediate deployment,” she said. “Sometimes the most valuable decision is determining that a problem can be solved more simply with existing tools.”
Throughout her consulting career, Toledano has helped organizations evaluate emerging technologies through the lens of long-term business performance. Her approach emphasizes aligning technical investments with strategic objectives, ensuring that innovation supports operational goals rather than becoming an objective in itself.
She notes that many companies now require technology initiatives to meet measurable benchmarks before receiving additional funding. These benchmarks may include user adoption rates, operational savings, revenue generation, customer satisfaction improvements, or implementation efficiency. Projects that consistently fail to meet those objectives are discontinued, allowing organizations to focus on higher-performing initiatives.
This disciplined approach also reduces the risks associated with rapidly changing technology markets. Rather than making large, irreversible investments based on future expectations, businesses can validate assumptions through smaller pilot programs before committing additional resources. “The most successful digital transformations are built on continuous learning,” Toledano said. “Organizations should be willing to test new ideas, but they should be equally willing to end projects that do not create measurable value.”
Looking ahead, Toledano expects enterprise technology strategies to become increasingly evidence-driven. Executive teams are placing greater emphasis on measurable outcomes, cross-functional collaboration, and disciplined investment governance. As a result, technology decisions are becoming more closely aligned with overall business strategy rather than industry trends.
She believes this evolution will ultimately strengthen innovation by encouraging companies to pursue technologies with proven practical benefits instead of chasing every emerging trend. “When organizations prioritize outcomes over excitement, innovation becomes far more sustainable,” Toledano added. “The goal is not to adopt the newest technology. The goal is to build better businesses.”

United Arab Emirates, 12th Aug 2026 — PROS.CRTV, a full-cycle creative studio in Dubai Media City, is expanding access to its 4K LED volume through two offerings: a Content-as-a-Service (CaaS) subscription for brands that need a steady stream of video content, and direct volume rental for outside production teams.
Founder and CEO Rustam Rylskii opened the studio’s 4K LED volume at Thuraya Tower 1 in December 2024. The 90-square-meter facility is built around a 15-square-meter LED screen — infrastructure that was once available almost exclusively for major advertising campaigns with six-figure budgets. The move marked PROS.CRTV’s transition from project-based production work to owning its own volume, making this level of production technology more accessible to creators, SMEs, and brands scaling toward larger campaigns.
The CaaS model turns production into a subscription rather than a one-off shoot. Brands commit to a recurring content pipeline, replacing unpredictable project budgets with planned, repeatable output. Outside production companies and independent crews can also book the LED volume directly, with an in-house operator included in the day rate.
PROS.CRTV operates across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and beyond, working with brands in sports, finance, real estate, and government. The studio is also a portfolio company of LvlUp Ventures, a multi-stage venture capital firm ranked among the most active VC investors globally by PitchBook and Forbes.
PROS.CRTV’s ethos — “Freedom is a State of Mind” — shapes how it structures access to premium production: fewer gatekeeping requirements and more entry points.

The anniversary programme included a religious service, live music, a photographic and video retrospective of the past decade and a presentation of plans for the years ahead. Following the formal programme, participants remained at the church for informal conversations over traditional Hungarian food, recalling milestones in the development of the Scientology community since 1990 and specially since the ideal place of worship opened in 2016.
The Vaci Road church was formally dedicated on 23 July 2016 in Budapest’s District XIII. Mr David Miscavige, ecclesiastical leader of the Scientology religion, officiated at the opening of the Budapest Church of Scientology, which brought together Scientologists and guests from Hungary and other Central and Eastern European countries.
The six-storey building was established as an Ideal Org, the term used within Scientology for a church designed to accommodate the full range of religious services while also providing facilities for public information, educational initiatives and community programmes.
That opening represented an important stage in a Hungarian Scientology history extending back to the final years of the 1980s. Tamás Nagy encountered Scientology in Zurich, while Kornél Varga became acquainted with the religion in Stuttgart. After returning to Hungary and meeting one another, they helped organise the developing community, with the Church of Scientology formally established in Hungary in 1991.
Over the following decades, the community developed activities in different parts of the country (and surrounding countries), culminating in the establishment of the Vaci Road headquarters.
The building today combines spaces dedicated to Scientology religious training and spiritual counselling with classrooms, meeting areas, a chapel and an extensive public information centre.
On the ground floor, visitors can explore the “What Is Scientology?” audiovisual exhibition, containing hundreds of videos explaining the beliefs and practices of Scientology, the life and work of its founder L. Ron Hubbard, the development of the religion and the humanitarian and social initiatives supported by Scientologists.
The first floor contains facilities for studying Scientology approaches to everyday life, while additional floors accommodate ministerial training and auditing, the one-to-one spiritual counselling practised within Scientology. At the top of the building is the chapel, which can accommodate close to 300 people for religious services and other gatherings.
Since its opening, thousands of people have entered the Vaci Road building, including many visitors who are not Scientologists. Open-house events provide opportunities for members of the public to learn about the religion and its activities, while the premises have also hosted drug-prevention conferences, human-rights events, humanitarian meetings and Holocaust remembrance programmes.
At least twice each year, the church also organises interfaith dialogue gatherings designed to bring together representatives and members of different religious traditions, be it catholics, budhists, hindus, sijs, christians and the like. These meetings focus on shared values, peaceful coexistence and the principle that religious diversity can contribute positively to society when accompanied by mutual respect.
Drug prevention has been one of the more visible areas of community engagement by Hungarian Scientologists. At the 2016 inauguration, retired Pest County Police Chief Brigadier General István Komáromi recalled cooperation associated with the first Drug-Free Hungary Marathon in 2002 and subsequent prevention activities that continue to reach towns and cities around the country.
Human-rights education has likewise formed part of the church’s community calendar, alongside programmes aimed at dialogue between religious and cultural groups.
The tenth anniversary was therefore not only an occasion to remember the opening of the building but also an opportunity to review how the Vaci Road church has developed as a religious home and as a meeting place for wider civic and social initiatives.
Ivan Arjona, representative of the Church of Scientology to the European Union, OSCE, Council of Europe and United Nations, connected the Budapest anniversary with the wider role religious communities can play in European civic life.
“A church becomes part of the social fabric of a European city not only through its religious services, but through the relationships it builds with neighbours, civil society and people of other beliefs. Ten years of an open religious home in Budapest also means ten years of opportunities for dialogue, human-rights education, prevention and practical community service. Europe is strongest when freedom of religion or belief goes hand in hand with civic responsibility, respect for human dignity and peaceful cooperation among people with different convictions.”
The anniversary also brought attention back to the origins of the Hungarian community and to the role of L. Ron Hubbard in the development of Scientology.
Mr Hubbard founded Scientology in the early 1950s following his earlier work on Dianetics. His writings and recorded lectures form the theological and practical foundation of the religion, including its religious services and a number of programmes concerned with education, drug prevention, human rights and community assistance.
The concept of an Ideal Org also originates in Mr Hubbard’s vision of Scientology churches capable of providing the religion’s complete range of spiritual services while serving as points from which members can contribute to their surrounding communities, a vision that has been brought to reality thanks to the leadership of Mr David Miscavige..
The international Ideal Organization programme has since resulted in the establishment of major Scientology churches in cities across Europe and other regions of the world.
For the Budapest congregation, the tenth anniversary connected several generations of Hungarian Scientologists. Those involved in establishing Scientology in Hungary in the early 1990s have witnessed the community develop from relatively small groups into a permanent religious centre on one of Budapest’s principal urban corridors.
A newer generation now participates in the religious, educational and community programmes based there.
The celebration concluded with attention turning toward the next decade at Vaci Road, maintaining the building as a home for Scientology religious life while continuing to provide space for dialogue, education, humanitarian activity and encounters between people of different backgrounds and beliefs.
The Church of Scientology, its churches, missions, groups and members are present across the European continent. Scientology Europe reports a continent-wide presence through more than 140 churches, missions and affiliated groups in at least 27 European nations, alongside thousands of community-based social betterment and reform initiatives focused on education, prevention and neighbourhood-level support, inspired by the work of Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
Within Europe’s diverse national frameworks for religion, the Church’s recognitions continue to expand, with administrative and judicial authorities in Spain, Portugal, Sweden, the Netherlands, Italy, Germany Slovakia and others, as well as the European Court of Human Rights, having addressed and acknowledged Scientology communities as protected by the national and international provisions of Freedom of Religion or belief.
